My Story

 My Story

Hey Dude!

I'm Audrey

If you’ve landed here, you’re probably craving more. More freedom. More clarity. More truth. More of yourself in the life and business you’re building.

And I want you to know—you’re not too much for wanting that. In fact, that desire? It’s sacred. And it’s the exact thing that led me here, too.

2020 — The Beginning

I launched Vowel House LLC in September 2020, officially stepping into full-time entrepreneurship after years of being the behind-the-scenes girl in everyone else’s vision. I started as a Virtual Assistant—because what I wanted more than anything was to be present with my son, Oliver, the child I knew would be my only one. I'd heard somewhere that you never know when it's the last time they crawl up on to your lap, carry them to bed, or get a kiss on the nose so cherish the moments. I promised myself I would...

But somewhere between "doing it all" and "doing it for everyone else," I became what I lovingly [and painfully] now call the "office monster"—only coming out for food and sleep. Present in body, but not in spirit.

Before that? I had done it all. MLMs. Melaleuca. Norwex. Every beauty brand you can think of. I chased the dream the only way I knew how—by being the "good girl', being useful, by being needed.

And then October 2022 hit.

2022 — The Collapse

I lost a major client—one I had poured my heart and soul into. I felt like I gave my blood, sweat, and tears to that business. And when it ended, I was left with the one thing I’d been avoiding for years: Silence.

No urgent inbox. No Telegram channel. No list of deliverables to distract me from what was underneath it all.

And for the first time in my 34 years of life… I didn’t need to work to survive.

And that’s when everything unraveled—in the best, most terrifying way.

What followed was a dark night of the soul.

2023 — The Deep Work

I went inward. Hard. As a 2/4 Emotional Generator with a Scorpio Rising, I’m private, a hermit-style healer. I do the deep work before I ever speak it aloud.

2023 was the year I finally faced:

  • A childhood full of trauma, mental/emotional/physical abuse

  • The parts of me that I kept shrinking so I wouldn’t be a burden

  • Years of abandonment wounds and people-pleasing patterns

I shared only slivers of that healing journey publicly. But behind the scenes, I was becoming someone new. Not because I had to. But because I finally could.

2024 — The Grounding + The Testing

2024 was the year I grounded deeply into the personal healing I’d done—while giving myself permission to test, experiment, and explore what business could look like from this new version of me.

I didn’t push. I experimented. I didn’t perform. I paid attention.

I began to unlearn what success "should" look like. And I started asking, not what would sell fastest—but what felt most true, asking "What actually lights me up?".

A lot of things flopped. Some things landed. All of it taught me what I needed to know.

And I asked myself, deeply and honestly:

What do I want to build now that I’m no longer building from survival?

2025 — The Becoming

This is the year it all came together. I stopped doing what I had to. I stopped building a business based on what others expected me to offer. I stepped fully into the business my soul wanted to create [as terrifying as it's been].

And from that clarity, I entered a new era: One rooted in purpose, power, and possibility.

I now guide women to translate their soul-led vision into magnetic offers, embodied messaging, and beautifully built digital spaces. Not to chase success the old way.

But to build freedom on their own terms. To own their story, their genius, and their undeniable potential.

To stop asking “is this realistic?” and start asking…“What if I could?”

If you’ve been with me since the VA days… thank you.

If you found me somewhere in the middle of the mess… welcome.

If you’re just landing here now, I hope you know: this isn’t just a business. This is a body of work. A homecoming. A reclamation.

And if you’re ready to create your own? I’m so glad you’re here.

With all my love,
